Easy Oat and Raisin Cookies

I'm going to keep this short and sweet, just like this recipe. My Easy Oat and Raisin Cookies are healthy, quick to make, taste great. They are gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free, so go for it!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • 1Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray
  • 2Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl
  • 3Using your hands, form balls and place them on the prepared tray (the mixture will be running, so be careful)
  • 4Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cookies are brown and firm to the touch
  • 5Leave to cool and enjoy!
