Raspberry and Acai Smoothie
I created this recipe one hot afternoon when I really felt like a refreshing drink, but didn't want to calories of a milkshake. It's quick, simple, healthy and delicious, and is of course vegan, dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free!
Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 sachet frozen acai
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of mint, to taste
Instructions
- Blitz all ingredients in a blender with ice (if desired) until smooth
- Serve with extra mint and enjoy!
