Vegan Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Chocolatey, creamy, rich and delicious - what more could you ask for?! This smoothie is all of those things, plus vegan, sugar free, gluten free and dairy
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups vegan milk (homemade almond milk is delicious in this recipe!)
- 2 1/2 tbs cacao
- 2 tbs peanut butter, or to taste
- 2 tbs date paste, or to taste
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground vanilla beans
- Cacoa nibs and extra peanut butter, if desired
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 2 minutes, or until smooth
- Sprinkle with cacao nibs and extra peanut butter if desired!
- Notes
- Date paste can be made by placing dates in a food processor (adding water if needed) until a smooth paste is formed
